I am soooo ready for my appointment tomorrow with the nutritionist. I also found a great website called sparkpeople.com. There is a ton of helpful info there. I love how you can put in your goals and it will work up a plan for you. I put a link at the bottom of my blog for it, so go check it out. I am so ready for a change. I was a little more conscience of what I ate today, but I know that my biggest strugggle will be remembering to write everything down.
On the homefront things are going pretty smoothly. Home Renovation really stinks, but I know I will love the changes once it is all done. We were supposed to get our flooring in today, but that has been delayed until next Tuesday, We hope!
Mr. Red spent his birthday money on a new iPod Touch, needless to say he is already addicted to the app. store. It has been a life saver on the days when we have to wait for blondie at dance class.
Ok, so I have tried this so many times, but this time I am serious. I have to lose this weight! I am so uncomfortable in my own skin. I recently had a physical, and all of my bloodwork was perfect, I know, I know, so why then do I need to lose weight? I am just so unhappy with my body at this weight. This is it for me, I have to do this! I weigh in today at 149 pounds, and my goal weight is 120 pounds by April. That’s 29 pounds in 5 months, I think I can do it! More than anything I need to change bad eating habits for my kids, so that they can live long healthy lives. I have an appointment with a nutritionist on Friday and I am so anxious to get some help with this struggle. I know what I should be eating and what I shouldn’t be eating, I just need help with how much and when to eat. If I have a clear cut plan in front of me I think I will finally do this. I am going to keep a food diary right here on my blog as well as weekly weigh ins and my workout schedule. Wish me luck, here goes nothing!!
